Our shipping is calculated by weight and will be calculated at checkout, all orders over $90 have FREE shipping.

 

Please allow up to 7 working days for your order to be dispatched as every candle is hand crafted and poured specifically for you.

Once dispatched you will be sent an email confirmation and a tracking number.

Returns and Refunds

We hope you are completely smitten with your purchases, however, if you have any issues with your items please contact us at info@thecandlecounter.com.au so we can help to resolve them.

If your items have arrived damaged, please email images within 48hrs of receiving your order.
 

We currently do not accept returns for candles, as most are made to order. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
